How do sessions & class counts work?

How are sessions structured during the school year?

Session 1: Sept 1 – Dec 31, 2025 (approx. 16–17 classes)

Session 2: Jan 1 – Mar 31, 2026 (approx. 12–13 classes)

Session 3: Apr 1 – Jun 30, 2026 (approx. 11–13 classes)

Why do the number of classes vary each session?

The exact number of classes depends on studio closures and statutory holidays
📅 Session Dates, Closures & Class Counts:

Because of this, each session may have a slightly different total.

What enrollment options are available?

We only offer enrollment by session. Prorated spots are the only flexible option for late starts.

How is tuition calculated?

Tuition is pro-rated based on the number of classes in each session, so you only pay for the classes offered.

What if my child starts late?

If fewer than four classes remain in the current session, students will automatically be enrolled in the remainder of the current session plus the next session to ensure full learning progress. Alternatively, you may choose to start in the next session; however, enrollment is only secured once full payment is received.

What if my child misses a class?

Each student receives 2 makeup classes per session for added flexibility. Makeup classes must be completed within the same session. – For more information on scheduling makeups and special circumstances, please scroll down to the detailed policy section on this FAQ page.

Sick leave / Missed class

Each session follows our fixed session dates and includes all scheduled weekly classes during that period. The total number of classes may vary slightly depending on holidays and studio closures (for example, Session 1 typically has 16–17 classes, while Sessions 2 and 3 usually include 11–13 classes).

To provide flexibility, each student is eligible for up to 2 makeup classes per session in case of illness or absences. Makeups must be completed within the same session and are subject to availability. Additional makeups or rescheduling are not offered, except in special circumstances. Please contact us if you have questions.

Student leaves must be notified to Madcorp. 24 hours in advance to the lesson, all delayed notice will not be approved for make-up class.

No refunds for sick leave / missed classes. Two make up classes within the same session, subject to availability.

Return / Refund Policy

All classes and camps are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, MADcorp. reserves the right to cancel the event if the number of applicants is insufficient. In such cases, all related fees will be fully refunded according to the established process.

All products, including uniforms and ballet shoes, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. However, rest assured that our teachers will assist in fitting to ensure the perfect size for the student.
